This topic is important since it ensures employees are kept up to date with new ways of carrying out operations. The advancement of technology plays a huge role with regards to this topic. The organization holds a seminar for all employees twice a year where they are addressed on new technology in their respective fields.

Discrimination against employees (Part 1977- Discrimination against employees under the OSHA Act of 1970)
This topic is important for the organization since the working staff is very diverse based on race, gender, and age. Within the organization, interaction among employees is encouraged with the aim of reducing cases of discrimination. This is possible through the sharing of resources and facilities within the workplace. Also, those found guilty of discrimination are penalized by the organization.
Protection of employee personal information (Part 70a- Protection of Individual Privacy in Records)
This topic is important since it ensures employees can trust the organization and can give their all, in terms of effort and concentration to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives. The organization has employed the use of very sophisticated software to protect the organization’s information from breach of any kind that is loss or theft of data.
