They, therefore, incorporate the hierarchy of goals which lower level goals that aid in achieving higher level ones. This process, therefore, creates a smooth integration of all business of all business components thereby guaranteeing its overall success (MacDonald 1).
They use joint ventures and leases to create important and useful business relationship that has brought employment for both non-natives and natives of the region of Okanagan Valley. The diversity in business also acts as a contingency since the allow business opportunities in residential, eco-tourism, commercial, agriculture and industrial development.

These benefits are internal, these then lead to more external benefits like creating more employment to the people in and out of the community, improving the development of the region, improving the security of the region and lastly increasing the revenue of the region and thereby improving the living standards in the region.
There still many business venture opportunities that are available through their brand. These opportunities include; Canyon Desert Golf Villas, Senkulmen Business Park, and Spirit Ridge Resort Phase II. These are all performance indicators that the brand that is OIBDC is a business that is worth investing in. The continuity of this success is greatly dependent on the managerial skills which then goes down to the employees who when properly controlled and directed can lead to great success realized by the brand (OIBDC 1).
