DownloadPast knowledge and its importance
Today, we have made great advances that in the past could never be imagined, however, the products of the knowledge of the present could not be achieved without foundations on which to rely. That said, the natural sciences and history are areas of knowledge that today show a process of formation of different stages, where a factor connects both areas for the production of knowledge from different points of view of reality and objectives. However, how a concept or affirmation is correct or incorrect an influence for knowledge?, Are the concepts of knowledge concepts of the present knowledge of the past? Or is there the possibility in the face of a knowledge of the present without taking into account the knowledge of the past?
Both natural sciences, like history, are the product of the curiosity of man, where various questions make up these areas of knowledge, such as: how and why the world is so? And on the other hand, what factors were the ones who developed humanity that we know today? That said, this series of questions are not a product of today, but of a series of observations of some individuals from the past that did not only stay with what they perceived, but more thoroughly with the question of the cause of what surrounds us. Therefore, as the passing of the years and the progress of humanity, little by little we could decipher factors that complement or discard from each other, developing our knowledge and as a consequence, new questions that question the world and the knowledge we build , since possibly the foundations of our knowledge are wrong.
Wait! Past Knowledge And Its Importance paper is just an example!
However, although natural sciences have an advantage over history, since it can be based on experimentation, both areas of knowledge are dependent on the perception of evidence. Therefore, the way in which the experts in each area perceive the evidence present can form correct or incorrect statements, taking us to the following unknown: even if an affirmation is not correct, this can help the training of knowledge? Well, of course, all thanks to the fact that the way in which we decipher the foundations that makes it wrong allows us to give a model to continue facing the perception of other evidence, in addition, it benefits us in confirming the other concepts of our knowledge , since everything in this world has a close or distant connection. That said, the errors are fundamental, an aspect that we can demonstrate when studying them according to the evolution of the theoretical principles that make up the history and natural sciences, a clear example atomic theory, the shape of the earth or the study of ancient cultures that only left us their monuments.
However, it is appropriate to mention that the erroneous foundations exposed from other experts never leave our knowledge, mainly because if those discarded and forgotten as certain specialists suggest, what would prevent us from repeating the same errors and go under discussion? For nothing, therefore that is the characteristic importance of errors in the composition of our current knowledge, without their recall the natural sciences and history would enter an endless circle of discussion and unimportant discoveries, since the same errors of the past.
On the other hand, it is suitable to mention that today with technological progress they have allowed us to discover or develop new discoveries, both scientists and historical, where we have no principles that help us identify the new properties present. However, it is highlighting the way in which today’s experts relate the principles or concepts already obtained to form relevant connections or explanations about the new discoveries, demonstrating the way in which previous knowledge implies an important role in the formation of knowledge of this , and as education either in schools or universities specifically fundamental these new concepts through the study and analysis of previous knowledge.
Taking into account the above, if the knowledge of the past was not necessary, how much importance would the young people of today be to study, since what you learn are foundations of the knowledge of the past? Literally there would be no universities, educational institutions or schools, first of all because its objective of spreading knowledge of the past would lack importance for the progress of society. On the one hand, humanity would never have what to be based to be as it is, leaving it on a prone evolution to the unknown.
It is curious that if today’s knowledge had no connection with that of the past, our knowledge would literally stagnate anything by having to discard anything that is learned, since this is what makes up the knowledge of the present. This can be explained because all kinds of knowledge of today will not have something to be based, since time will continue to pass and what one learns, thinks or affirms in an instant will be from the past and will lose its importance by causing us Let’s forget, leaving us from scratch at every moment of our life. It is as if every moment of our life was an experience that we had never perceived or experienced even if we literally lived it a second before the event
Does the above make sense? Of course not, it is more, if I had not to remember the previous paragraph, text, question, word or is the case that not even as reading. Another aspectable aspect is that the formation of humanity would not go anywhere, if we do not remember the interaction with other individuals the formation of knowledge, cultures, religions, progress, envy or love among other aspects that make up us, leaving us to the will of instincts every moment. Moreover, I think we would not survive being prone to dangers without remembering them, on the other hand, we would not know how to carry out processes such as reproduction, food, walk, grab … fundamental actions to keep us alive.
In the case of staying alive, one might think that the areas of knowledge such as natural sciences and history would never exist, due to the lack of reflection in the face of information from the past that was discarded, so we would not have to question and seek without having experimental societies or principles.
Taking into account these arguments, I consider that it can be concluded that the knowledge of the past is the pillar of the knowledge of the present by allowing and questioning something. Aspect that allows the existence of the areas of knowledge of the natural sciences and history through the perception of the events of the present and the relationship that is carried out with the knowledge of the past, which leads us to the intrigue of why ¿why? of why? In this way, if the knowledge of the past is discarded, the areas of knowledge already mentioned would not have principles to analyze the event of the present, which leads to interrupting the formation of a knowledge of the present and the pillars of the knowledge of the future.
