In the article, the search strategy described is effective as it provides the opportunity to come across a wide range of articles related to the research topic. On using a variety of keywords, it becomes possible not only to find more articles related to the topic but also to find ones focusing on diverse aspects related to the research topic (Parahoo, 2014). Similarly, selecting articles within the last ten years make sure that the provided information is more updated and can, therefore, be used to make medical inferences in the present day. Further, the research question is broad enough to cover the essential aspects related to the functionality of children with autism. Also, the LSQ tends to trigger in-depth reflection on the topic, which works to make it easier to identify the critical information that needs to be collected for the research project (Parahoo, 2014). Some questions that can be asked about the topic include what the research seeks to accomplish, how they are planning to achieve it, and how the LSQ facilitates the accomplishment of the objective.
Additional Insights
Despite selecting a suitable search strategy and sources, the project may need various improvements. For instance, the LSQ directs the research towards uncovering information provided by the literature and not uncovering a specific aspect related to autism in children (Parahoo, 2014). A more suitable LSQ would focus on establishing a particular fact(s) associated with the functionality of children with autism.

In other words, the LSQ would need to be more specific to provide more precise direction to the research. One of the main reasons why the question needs to be precise is to enhance the possibility that the study makes a significant contribution or inference that can be useful when dealing with autistic children (Parahoo, 2014). For instance, the question can focus on how early intervention impacts the functionality of autistic children.
