Individuals require maintaining professional conduct in an educational setting, workplaces, and the community. They keep highest standards of professional competence and integrity as they exercise professional judgment that benefits persons with exceptional characters together with their families. Professionals maintain challenging expectations among persons having exceptionalities ensuring they develop the first degree of learning outcomes. The professionals hold the potential of having high quality in life following ways that respect the culture, background, dignity, and language. Individuals maintaining professional conduct in the community develop appropriate relationships with families depending on mutual respect and involving them actively along with persons having exceptionalities in their decision-making

At workplaces, it is important to use evidence, research, and qualified knowledge as one informs various practices. It is a professional practice to protect and support psychological and physical safety among all individuals in the community and workplaces. At workplaces, in the city and educational setting, top executives must avoid practices that harm persons with disabilities and healthy ones. The executives should uphold professional ethics, standards, CEC policies and their laws as well as advocating their improvement.

CLR 4 – Apply Ethical Decision-Making Strategies to Issues on a Personal, Professional, and Industry Level by the Principles of Sustainability (Economic, Social and Environmental)
The principles of sustainability are social, economic, and environmental. The social principle aims at balancing individual and group needs. Using specific skills markets combined with training programs ensure that products reach the appropriate target in the market. Introducing safety initiatives among workers, donating food, and empowering women to maintain social sustainability. Addressing problems of water scarcity, wellness, and health of communities in factories and managing lands respects the rights of all people. Community and social efforts such as reliving disasters, involving in recovery programs, matching gifts, and having companies introduce technologies that save energy to schools maintain social sustainability. Environmental principle ensures that systems, activities, and processes reduce the impact on the environment from products, facilities, and organizational operations (Basiago, 2000).
The ethical strategy is to avoid harvesting beyond regeneration for renewable resources. The speed of generating waste from various projects must not go beyond the capacity of environmental assimilation. The rate of depletion among non-renewable resources requires comparable development among renewable substitute for the resource. The industries require increasing importation of products from yellow and green factories, which maintains zero wastage (Kibert et al., 2012). Firms reduce the use of plastics and carbon footprint through the management of energy consumption. The industries must recycle telecom equipment; reduce energy with efficient and eco-friendly solutions such as greener packaging and alternative energy sources. Economic sustainability strategies promote the use of socio-economic resources to achieve the best advantage and maximize profits. Businesses equally distribute resources and maintain efficiency to remain stable and earn profits.
