Abstract
Program evaluation stands for the assessment of an aspect to determine whether it is serving the purpose it was intended for and to determine further the changes needed to improve the program. The following paper will address how to evaluate a program designed to prevent bullying. Therefore a person will aim at estimating the implication of the program to the target audience. The program evaluation tasks are grouped into five categories that include implementation, efficiency, effectiveness, cost-effectiveness and attribution. Implementation will consider whether the activities proposed by the prevention program have been adopted as proposed. The above categories need to be incorporated when evaluating the program intended to prevent bullying. The evaluation feedback will be attained from students and the community since they are the target audience. The assessment program should incorporate performance measurement. The performance measurements should be carried out at specified times to ascertain the efficiency of the bullying prevention program.

d.). When conducting program evaluation on how to prevent bullying, information should be collected from the target groups to establish whether it is attending its purpose and the variations that should be made to develop the program.
The program evaluation tasks are grouped into five categories that include implementation, efficiency, effectiveness, cost-effectiveness and attribution. The above categories need to be incorporated when evaluating the program intended to prevent bullying. Implementation will consider whether the activities proposed by the prevention program have been adopted as proposed. Therefore, the program evaluation task dealing with implementation will evaluate whether the proposals in the bullying prevention program have been enacted or not. The second task that needs to be checked is effectiveness that is whether the program is achieving its intended objectives of preventing all forms of intimidation (“Program Evaluation Guide – Introduction – CDC,” n.d.). Efficiency should be considered in evaluating how the resources budgeted for bullying prevention is used wisely. Lastly, the program evaluation should look into attribution. Attribution refers to the manner in which objectives intended to prevent bullying are achieved. The evaluation feedback will be attained from students and the community since they are the target audience.
Lastly, the assessment program should incorporate performance measurement. The performance measurements should be carried out at specified times to ascertain the efficiency of the bullying prevention program. The performance measurement will further aid in rating the efficiency and effectiveness of the bullying prevention program.
