Proposal for the Improvement of Risk Indicator Management and Cost to Quantify Strong Building Design
Risk Indicators are crucial tools in risk management and are utilized to augment monitoring and alleviation of risks and facilities risk reporting. Buildings that are subject to vertical (uplift) and horizontal (seismic) forces are bound by great risks especially in areas with frequent geographical phenomena like earthquakes, rock shifts, and tremors. Therefore, great emphasis should be placed on the improvements of risk indicator management and the costs that are allocated to the process. The subsequent incline in the process will define the boundaries of robust building design as it addresses the major factors affecting its stability and safety with appropriate risk management measures.

Problem Statement
As designs of buildings become more complex and challenging, the inherent risks in construction increasingly become pronounced. Even smaller developments are becoming more multifaceted and therefore demand greater planning and innovation for them to succeed. New regulations, new materials, shorter deadlines, new features, and the push for an ecologically friendly building impels a landscape that is ever-changing and requires designers to embrace technology and innovation to anticipate and mitigate the risks in design and construction. This goes hand in hand with the investment in the improvements thus necessitates the improvements of budgets allocated for risk indicator management (Billante, 2017).

Wait! Proposal for the Improvement of Risk Indicator Management and Cost to Quantify Strong Building Design paper is just an example!

Objectives of the study
To scrutinize the key risk indicators in the design of buildings using innovative means.
To assess the positive effects of allocating more budget to the risk management in the design of structures.

Methodology
The project will involve the incorporation of increased risk indicators and costs in the design of structures. Design software like Staad pro and Prokon will be utilized in the design of foundations of structures with infused [and increased] risk indicators and costs in the design process. The design process will incorporate external forces in design like seismic, overturning, and uplift forces from the building’s foundation, as a form of case study risk in the design. With the increased incorporation of risk indicators and their subsequent cost in design, the results of the risk indicators will be measured, and their probability of occurrence will be obtained and quantified and compared to a design that does not incorporate risk indicators.

Contributions of the project
This project will add to the existent studies of risk management and the advantages of increased risk indicators in the design of structures. Specifically, it will advocate for the incorporation of risks in the design of structures thus increasing their probability of being robust and durable against the incorporated risks.
