Public administration as a career helps an individual to make a difference in his/her country or Community that is, to make it a better place. At the end of studying public administration, I will have acquired skills such as; communication skills, deductive reasoning, critical thinking, fundraising capabilities, and analytical that are essential to this position. By studying the essential courses of public administration, I will be able to manage organizational agencies, set budgets, and also create organizational policies. Therefore, when I graduate, I will be an all-around person that is; I will be able to make my country better than it is.
A public administrator in an organization should be a good decision maker. By studying public administration have learned that to make good decisions, one should also be a good team leader. By being a good team leader I can be able to learn what the employees may need through interacting with them, knowing what they think is better for them and then I will critically think to make best decisions. Have also learned to be a good team leader I require values of improving justice, equality, effectiveness, and efficiency of organizational services (Waldo, D. 2017). So far I have not incurred any difficulties in the public administration field that I should work on. I always do research on public administration and careers on the same where I have learned what I should or should not do as a public administrator.

In conclusion, I am learning a lot in this course that enables me to be the best future administrator. For instance, critical thinking will help me attaining organizational goals. Through research and talking to experts on the field will help me to improve radically. Group dynamic may affect me positively or negatively, therefore, I should work with those only are relevant to achieving organizational objectives.
