Research design review

Introduction.

It is defined as research design to the different rules by which we obtain the different information of the object of study, in addition to defining it as the different patterns or guide that we can use in all scientific research. This will be finalized in both experimental and non -experimental research.

Developing.

Design is a simple way to correctly guide a research project from the formulation of the hypothesis to data analysis, and its primary purpose will therefore be allowed to make observations on certain factors.  The study design defines the type of study, this can be descriptive, correctional, semi -experimental, experimental, review or analytical goal and the sub type as a case of longitudinal descriptive study, research problem, hypotheses, independent and dependent variables, experimental design and statistical analysis plan.

The research design has been created to find answers to the research questions, as well as the chosen method will affect the results and the way in which the same are concluded.  The researcher when he decides to carry out a study tries to develop comparisons. Here the research design means, specify the nature of the comparisons that would be made, these can be:

  • Between two or more groups.
  • Of a group on two or more occasions.
  • Of a group in different circumstances.
  • With samples of other studies.

For the elaboration of a research design, sufficient information must be submitted from what is going to be used to carry out the project research.

Wait! Research Design Review paper is just an example!

Various questions will be asked, such as where and when the investigation will be conducted, the sample that will be used, the approach and the methods that will be used must be used. It is recommended that the following questions be asked:

  • Where? In which location or situation will the investigation be conducted?
  • When? At what point in time or in what period will the investigation take place?
  • Who or what? What individuals, groups or events will be examined (in other words, the sample)?
  • How? What approaches and methods will be used to collect and analyze the data?

conclusion.

We must take into account one of the most important requirements in the elaboration of a good investigation, since we must implement an adequate design and that if we do not choose correctly it will lead us to wrong results.
