How to get a job at Google
Friedman argues that most of the expertise companies today do not consider standard academic qualifications in recruiting workers. For example, he uses an example of Google that does not just use someone’s GPA for employment assessment rather it uses many other expertise aspects to evaluate and approve new workers. Some of the elements considered during employment include things such as humility, leadership, skills, and talents, ability to do practical work such as coding, adaptability, collaboration and ability to learn new skills. He moreover supplements that having a degree is not a disclaiming factor because it is the one that opens many doors of opportunities to learn the expertise skills. However, for one to be qualified as a worker in Google, he/ she must be able to practice some of the professional skill such as computerization and coding that requires much of practical work (Friedman).
I, therefore, agree with Friedman’s arguments on employment.in my own opinion based on the agreement, I second it because it helps employers to select a lot of skilled employees who will practically and theoretically perform their duties flawlessly. In an employment setup also, some aspects are ethical and essential such as humility and leadership that must be present in an employee as a skill so that they be able to work efficiently and correlate freely in the organization. Considering new trends in employment today, it is also important to employ people with diverse skills who would justify their levels of education when seeking employment.

Wait! Response paper is just an example!

For example, grades do not depict the expertise skills of someone instead it just shows someone’s learning ability. Talents and skills are therefore essential to consider when selecting employees alongside other factors such as leadership and collaboration. Consequently, I support and agree with Friedman’s argument.
