The increase in crime and the difficulty of the State to give a correct response to that problem constantly generates a disagreement in society towards the traditional criminal justice system. For a long time that the criminal issue generates heated discussions in which it is tried to find a possible strategy that works against the crime to prevent it.

It is usual to observe how from different sectors of society it is tried. On the contrary, criminal scales have been aggravated with the hope of reducing the crime and persuading those potential criminals, without any success, since it was only achieved that there were more crimes with escalation of violence.

The consequences of the prison have a negative impact on any person who enters the criminal system without achieving the resocialization and reintegration objectives. To this should be added that there are sectors responsible for informing with emphasis and repeatedly, different criminal acts causing society. 

To this should be added that, the state authoritative confiscated the conflict in such a way that he proclaims himself victim and does not give a favorable response to his protagonists who, in short, are the ones who cross the traumatic consequences of the fact.
