Civil liability plays a crucial .role in the enforcement of the law. It covers a significant part of the process required for a person to face the consequence law when he or she commits offense or a tort. A tort can be viewed as a personal injury that occurs when the negligence of liability is violated. From the incident, the teacher seemed to be less concerned about the limits or the kind of punishments that the children should be exposed to. Therefore, the child has been harmed (Holben & Zirkel, 2014). From my perspective, I think this was an intentional tort since the teacher is informed of different ways of handling children thus this conduct was both intentional thus calling for legal liability.
