Introduction

To begin the meaning of uniform comes from universe that means unity by individuals belonging to the same group. The uniform is a fundamental piece when representing an institution, because the uniform will talk about values, attitude and in many cases, the way in which the person who carry said uniform will work in the service or activity that he is doing. The uniforms at work give the employee a security according to the work that is being carried out, in addition to a certain formality.

Developing

 The safety that the employee gives the uniform can be seen when it protects or avoids burns in case a saucepan with water or hot oil falls, in an engineer we commonly see the safety helmet, and so we can continue with the valuable importancethat has the uniform in different professions as previously mentioned. Adding a certain formality to work, but it is not mere formality, since work clothes have a very important function, especially in some sectors in which they serve to guarantee the safety of employees during their work.

This decreases by large percentage the number of accidents at work so the uniform must be according to the sector in which it is working. But the uniform not only has these functions, with it customers or patients can relate more quickly and easily to the employee, the company in which I work or the role carried out. In health sectors such as medicine, veterinary, nursing, among others, the uniform must show hygiene and cleanpatients.

 It is especially useful in some sectors in which there may be some pathogens and can contaminate workers or other customers, as could happen in a health clinic. Already speaking of the uniform in nursing, it must be primarily white, since this is defined as the cleanliness and purity that this entails.

The pieces that make up the uniform vary in men and women for example:

Women:

-Full white dress, stockings, blouse, robe, and vest

Men:

-Uniform only white, shirt, t -shirt and white socks

In addition to white shoes for both men and women.  Each piece of the uniform, such as the cofia has or can have 2 meanings, a symbolic and one work, due to the symbolic meaning we can understand honor, distinction and responsibility, and for the labor meaning we can see what it serves so that the hair does not falland cause some infection, for example.
