Construction Management Plan
Introductory Overview
The health and safety management plan in a construction site is a well-documented strategy to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations. The management plan provides specific instructions with detail steps in carrying out regular activities in the construction process. In this aspect, the master planner identifies the clear distinctions on the startup and the operations alongside appropriate allowance on evaluations to safeguard the safety needs on constructions. The health mechanisms entail the procedures, plans, policies and the risk management tools relevant to constructions. Further, the documentation involves the following elements; Health safety monitoring, security program and the records on the health status of the people on the site. From this point, the risk manager will establish the health safety and delegate responsibilities to individuals. First is to ensure that everyone is aware of the duties in the safe guarding work environment. Secondly, information in this documentation is meant to help in understanding policies and procedures and the implementation process in a construction site. Thirdly, the risk manager evaluates the progress of the plans and compliance with the standards. Finally, the manager reviews the objectives and measure which will guide in setting appropriate action on the adverse effects. This flow of construction plans displays the overall action plan which is elaborated in diagram flow;

Health Safety Plan Strategies
The descriptive health safety portrays established implementations on the good practices applicable in the activities in management plan in the construction site. The health and safety policy has further provided a detailed analysis of the building project with concise procedures in ensuring the legal action displays competence in the construction process. Nevertheless, the progressive attitude on these health safety practices encourages the identification and reporting of hazard situation in the site. The hazardous risk is, therefore, used to create and maintain a safe working environment. The risk manager ensures communication and consults with the employees on issues affecting the constructions bring the policy attention on the health safety. The foundation of the health safety on a construction site is to prioritize on the work competent and confident work completion with reduced risk. Furthermore, the health safety is a tool used to monitor work equipment is up to standards and requirements of the legislation. The descriptive flow of information is further given in flow of activities as shown;

Initial review entails the preparedness to addresses the actions of employees and the possible defense on hazard situations. The employees are therefore aware of the duties and responsibilities in a work environment. The second phase is the action plans in work environment whereby the manager establishes the path of activities. From this point, the manager develops the implementation plan and provides a train to key staff such as the supervisors to facilitate the responsibilities. Fourthly, the manager and the key staff ensure content application in the workplace and efficiently work on the professional activity plan. The next phase involves the effective policy implementation which includes the risk assessment of the construction and evaluation of the possible hazard in the environment. The aspect of policy changes involves the review of systems risk and hazard possibilities. The hazardous situation is, therefore, an anticipation of adverse circumstances which can be unavoidable depending on the construction activities. Consequently, adhering to the health safety framework will guide the construction efficiently despite the harm in the construction process.
Moreover, the site manager has the responsibility to provide surveillance of employees and keep proper records. This aspect further extends to other organizations and community based on the construction site in ensuring awareness of risks complying with the relevant legislations. This awareness entails the reasonable care of own safety, cooperating with the legal duty delegations and providing no interference on the health safety mechanism. Usually, accidents are unplanned activities that result in the personal injuries and damages in the construction process. The health policy framework guides in procedural management and control tactic to curb and minimize injuries in the process. Thus, the daily operations and recording of daily injuries and damages will be a source of an evaluation mechanism for the instructional strategy and change of work execution.
In conclusion, the value of health safety practices in a construction site requires appropriate communication of responsibilities and activity schedules alongside possible hazard awareness. It facilitates the establishment of effective communication within the employees and the external environment. The process of developing a policy framework involves employees’ conversation, staff meeting, and the health and safety committee meeting. The operation procedures in a construction site describe the task and the operating conditions which require the safety precautions to be undertaken to enhance the technical accuracy of activities. The security information helps in consistency operation and compliance of activities. The health safety policy significantly put in place control measures in lowering the risk and provides adequate, sufficient welfare mechanisms through formal publications of policies.
