Children can become the object their teacher’s negative attention because of their talking lines, can be goofing around, and regularly, they just move about.
Impact on the family
Divisions in the family, in particular, the condition can lead to disagreements on how to handle the problem, and the disagreements can affect parent’s relationships (Marshak, Dandeneau & Prezant, 2009).
Without a doubt, raising a child with ADHD might be expensive since the child must make medical and therapy appointments on regular dates, a process that may dent the finances of a family.
Since families have to content with a high number of behavioral, developmental and education disruptions, the situation demands more time, energy and logistics to be spent.
Family with a member diagnosed with an ADHD is bound to be chronically stressed and this can happen to both the adults and children, and who are at high risks of developing physical and mental health problems.
ADHD can create problems amongst siblings and which can lead to sibling rivalry.

Teaching Strategies
A teacher should put the students in less distracting places in the class
The student should be surrounded by good role models
A teacher should main minimal student-teacher ratio as much as possible
A teacher should avoid unnecessary changes in the schedules as much as possible.
Seating the student on place that is further from the windows or doors to avoid distractions.
Large assignments should be split into smaller ones.
Accommodations
The teacher may employ a number of environmental modification such as day rests or other instruments to play with to preoccupy the mind of the child.
Students who develop speech difficulties because of ADHD may need adaptations in the areas of communication.
They may require instructional and curricular modifications: these modifications include a study outline, more repetitions, and regular feedback.
Modifications and Assistive technology for particular content areas: often students might need assistive technology such as the use colorful fonts on the computer to better engage the mind of the students (Nielsen, 2008).
The student should be provided with a seat cushion, which may relieve the impulsive urges of moving outside.
The teacher should stand closer to the student when teaching
Personal Insights and Conclusions
ADHD is a common behavioral disorder that is often common in children but can also occur in adults.
ADHD is characterized by impulsivity, lack of attention and hyperactivities, and the lives of the students with the ADHD can be affected by the conditions , and children can experience changing family situations and many problems in schools.
Management of schools that have children with ADHD needs to incorporate certain elements that accommodate the interests of the children.
It is vital, much all other situation, that the children are given the right support that produces the best benefit to the students.
