In every healthcare organization, the main focus is the patient’s safety. Every program initiated are meant to ensure that the patient is safe and that the patient needs are met. At HCA Mercy Hospital, Postpartum Unit, the main issue is to ensure that the nurses are aware and conversant with the concepts of evidence-based practice. When the nurses know what they are doing, it becomes easier for them to perform their roles professionally, and taking care of the patients as required. Patient safety is essential especially when it comes to implementing evidence-based solutions. Without rightfully performing these actions, they may detriment the healthcare programs (Mackey, and Bassendowski, 2017). Evidence-based practice in health care available for numerous conditions that are complex. These conditions include asthma and heart failure. These practices are always supposed to be implemented in a better way with knowledgeable professionals. In this organization, less attention has been paid to these evidence-based practices. It is therefore important to ensure that every employee is well conversant with the evidence-based practices.
There are several ways in which an organization can help to address the problem of tennis is being conversant with the concepts of evidence-based practice. However, the first and most important thing is to ensure that the nurses are well trained on the concepts so that they can perform successfully executive roles.

This is the first step that the HCA mercy hospital postpartum unit will undertake to offer further programs for training and assessing evidence-based practices on how best to apply them. While offering effective training programs, the company will give the nurses specific training for special inpatient and outpatient of cancer and heart failure. They also know how to integrate the programs into their daily routines successfully. Training programs can be implemented differently while following the same procedures of the evidence-based practice.
