In the beginning, God created man and woman and then brought them together as husband and wife, with the man recognizing the woman as his bone and flesh. The Song of Songs rejoices this type of union, one where a man and woman come together to be one. The Song of Solomon is a ballad of longing and love, an exchange of love notes showing adoration, delight, sexual desire and delight. It is a story of a young woman that has prepared to be married to her love, who is a handsome gentleman that adores her. The two describe the passion, emotion, appearances and fears. Moreover, they genuinely show their love and desire for one another in a graphical manner. The Song of Songs is arranged by character, and three parties take part in the song. First, the bride, who is described as a hardworking shepherd girl with a rough life (1:6). Second, the groom, described as a handsome, stately shepherd (3:6-11); however, the text does not make a clear reference of the groom to be Solomon. Third, the chorus, a community of peoples who are rejoicing the union and love of the two; the groom and his bride.
Relationship with God based on Meaning of Sex in the Book
God has a design for sexual morality, which is an approach that is founded on the doctrine of the Almighty. God wants people to develop a structure of sexual ethos that are based on Him. He has a right to sovereignty over people’s sexuality. The right is packaged in the development of the structure for sexuality.

The Song of Solomon offers a creatively fervent, wholesome and even provoking image of sexuality and marriage, and the book seems to appeals to both Christians and pagans alike. The book paints sexuality as God’s idea, a glorious design in marriage. The sexuality of human beings is part of God’s most spectacular and blessed ideas. The Almighty cannot be described as prudish, dull or ashamed of sex. The Song of Songs expresses the beauty of human sexuality intensely and devoid of hesitation, and this was done in a bid to state the mating procedure in such a manner that procreation occurs in an environment of intense attraction, bonding and pleasure. The book provides an uplifting delight, freedom and pleasure expressed by a couple in mutually passionate admirations, and their strong sexual yearning for marriage and the ultimate and great capper to their matrimonial bond. God’s command to human beings to be one flesh predates the fall. Essential it was a gift given by God to all humanity. It should not be perceived as a concession to the sinful mankind; rather it was a blessed gift and provision from the Almighty to humanity to enjoy. The gift is one of common grace.
The Almighty planned sex to be partaken within a holy matrimony. The book repeatedly urges the readers not arouse or set off love until the right time, which provides an emphasis on the right and inappropriate time for intimacy. The scripture has strongly forbidden the improper usage and context of sex. For instance, sexes outside matrimony or with an individual other than one’s wife or husband have been expressly forbidden. The Bible much as strong advocates for the complete delight in intimacy within a God ordained wall of marriage. The sexual satisfaction between a wife and husband is a sanctified demonstration of a lifelong vow and mutual glee. There is a blissful commemoration of the magic of design of the human beings’ body revealing all the characteristics and uniqueness. There are awe and splendor in God’s creation of the two genders, and the magic of each of the genders balances the other. There is also freedom and security to be found in an unrivaled, passionate, exclusive and lifelong dedication. The song of songs is a refreshing and an honest acknowledgment of the wait for love and not abuse of sexuality.
Comparing the Book’s Theme on marital sexual love to the relationship with Christ
Through Jesus, the Almighty’s design for his people in all completeness is being replenished, reinstated and rehabilitated. The Song of Songs paints the picture of a God that honors the intimate glee, which is the single portrayal of the sanctified life that human beings have in Jesus and through his glorious deliverance. The issue of intimacy and the magical image painted by the Song of Songs are the chances to share with the globe the blessed togetherness, the beauty, and holiness of the faith in Christ. The book has recognized in the tenet of Scripture on the basis on the idea of recognized and understood allegory deciphered. Because God through Christ used the marriage relationship as a demonstration of the relationship that he has built with people, it is possible that a reader of the book can find it great illustrating the love, beauty, and intensity of the relationship that exist between the believers and through Christ in God. However, this non-literal meaning is only derived from the literal meaning that was developed by the author. The fact the song focus on romance and sexual relationship in marriage reveals the high regard that God has placed on the institution of marriage.
Summary
The Song of Songs portrays sexuality as an immense delight, and marital love to be the well that contains flowing water (4:12-15). The book celebrates human beings’ sexuality and love and provides a strong sexual and sensual language that suggests intimacy. Undoubtedly, the song paints a solid proposition for pride in a full intimate sexual life with one’s other half in marriage, and “The groom compared his partner to a mare in the Pharaoh’s cavalry” (1:9). The book dealt with so many intimate details of a wife and husband sexual union. The basis of the sexual union of a couple is romance (4:1-7). Romance is the precursor to sexual satisfaction. Solomon continually refers to the Shulamite as beautiful, and these are carried on three times in the initial seven verses. She was called darling two times. Indeed, the woman was special to him, and he cherished her above all the others.
