Summarizing the Theory
The aim of this write-up is to summarize the case study, presented by Mr. Pina Tarricone & Joseph Luca, in an attempt to systemize a framework that harnesses all the necessitated attributes of successful teamwork to aid facilitators and educators in the consequential systemization of an education disseminating stratagem that could aid in catalyzing the promotion of effective teamwork operations within their respective capacity building sessions (Tarricone and Luca 640). This is done through a review of two teams constituting of final year multimedia students; each working on a similar, extremely intricate project requiring a high degree of seamless collaboration. The authors highlight 6 evidence-based attributes of successful teamwork in order to gauge the performance of each team. The results denoted the successful team to encompass high proficiency in all 6 attributes in contrast to the unsuccessful team that was devoid of passion, vision, communication, and consequentially positive outcomes.
