The post is good as it is very clear and elaborate in providing details about the ethical standards of the case study company which is JIM. I have, from this post, that most of the possible issues that may arise in the accounting activities in any company are already catered for or dealt with in the regulations set up by the United States International Revenue Service Department of the Treasury to regulate all matters related tax and revenue. I have also learned that all companies must adhere to the laws prohibiting conflict of interest by the employees, no matter their position or status in the company. My question after reading the post is on what consequences might ensue to an individual who is found to be holding a position that causes a conflict of interest knowingly or unknowingly. Overall, the post is satisfactory and has no major issue that needs correction, other than some few grammatical errors.

The post is very comprehensive and cohesive in discussing various aspects of the ethical standards that must be adhered to by all corporate staff and financial analysts of companies. I have learned from the post that for successful practice in the field of accounting and finance analysis, it is imperative that one stays up to date with the latest developments especially in the area of regulations. The essay also increased my knowledge of the SOX act of 2002. I learned that the laws of this act also criminalized the violation of disclosure rules and fraudulent ways of handling company financial document, citing tough consequences for the engagement in the vices.

Wait! TABD U2DB Response 1 and 2 paper is just an example!

My question after reading the paper is how someone should act in case his or her superiors in a company are creating blocks in the process of disclosure of the company’s proceeds. Are there grounds in which a company’s management can be justified to withhold the company’s information from the public, like when trying to beat the competition. Also in case of such a violation should someone sue the company or the individual perpetrators.
