The image of Mexican cinema in the current era

Cinema is an artistic expression that, like every art, seeks to show an audience a message that can be interpreted through images and sound, this discipline has managed to have a social impact as large that cinema as we know today has become ahuge industry. Throughout the decades, Mexican cinema has had a significantly marked transition, since the beginning of the ninth century where the golden age of Mexican cinema showing the cultural wealth of the 30s in Mexico showing national icons of the screen as it was, Pedro Infante, María Félix, Jorge Negrete, Dolores del Río, among others, having a great popularity throughout the world. Nowadays after great obstacles, transformations and adaptations it has been attached to modern times showing, the "everyday" problem is lived day by day by day.

However, I have observed that in recent years Mexican cinema has entered into a decay because of the rejection by the spectators who regularly consumed Mexican cinema and because of the lack of originality in stories, these productions have been separated from these productionscataloging them as junk movies, without culture and bad taste. However, with all this rejection the producing houses and directors decide to continue occupying this same model to make films.

What causes the public to consider them bad movies? Why do directors choose to show this type of stories?

To date there are a large number of films to choose from, this has brought a motivation among producers, directors and producing houses to deliver better product, but do they really give us a better? Speaking of commercial cinema, the great reality is that the audience has come to notice a pattern in the movies, which is increasingly monotonous, despite this situation, in the end it is the cinema that most spectators consume, since theTitles are more attractive than those of independent productions that usually treat topics for a more cinematographically experienced audience, as well as lack of support and constant budget cuts in the Secretary of Culture that provides capital artists to make the films has led to theDirectors to make more more commercial films where at the audience is greater and you can take more economic benefit.

Wait! The Image Of Mexican Cinema In The Current Era paper is just an example!

The purpose of this essay is to expose proposals to be able to give a better structure to the cinema in both commercials in commercial and the independent in a matter of script, production and distribution to achieve a growth in cinematographic quality. As well as the objective of comparing the two tangents of Mexican cinema, also pointing out the behavior and preference of the audience to the products offered.

To compare both parts of Mexican cinema, I will rely on the research article “Characteristics of consumption of Mexican spectators in commercial film rooms” written by David Fernando Lozano Treviño. Using the same article to point out the tastes of the spectators in the movie theaters, through the statistics shown in it, thus being able to compare their differences, pointing in each their positive and negative points. To develop the purpose of this essay I will rely on the article “New golden age for Mexican cinema: a local look at the World Cinematographic Market Horizon” by Lucila Hinojosa Córdova in which the last years of Mexican cinema and towardswhere it is aimed, allowing me to take the most important points to help the development of a more profitable film style for cinema.
