This novel short or also known as Cuentolargo is written by Gabriel García Márquez in 1972 and published in 1974 .Stanovela shows us the badness and how inhuman that can become people at an extreme level, we can identify controversial issues which are given in a violent context and show that even the mask person can harm us. Gabriel García Márquez brings us the issues such as prostitution, human cruelty and child exploitation to a context of real life that was studying for that time.

This story tells us the story of Eréndira a girl of 14 who helps her grandmother with all the chores in the mansion, usually she did not speak to the grandmother much only answered when she needed something, one day she began toBe as Eréndira fell as excused by this with the grandmother but when the night came the great suffering of Eréndira.
