Introduction

The uterus is the reproductive organ of women, gestation takes place. It is located in the pelvic cavity and is formed by two layers: the miometrium or external membrane and the endometrium that is the most internal part. Biology of cervical cancer

The main risk factor in uterus cancer biology is human papillomavirus infection (HPV). Malignant cells are almost exclusively located on the cervix (if there has been no metastasis), which is located at the lower end of said organ and communicates the uterus with the vagina.

It is a slow advance disease where cells that have abnormal growth are going through different stages.
