You knew that a large part of humanity knows the benefits of being vegan but not that not the consequences that it can carry out in our environment.

The vegan lifestyle is carried out by people who want to change their environment either for respect for life, exploitation in animals, carry very good health or obey a cult that prohibits the consumption of products derived from animals,We will take into account several benefits that being vegan gives our lives as it is to improve the status of our skin, increase our mood, reduce migraine and one of the most common is the protection of animal life since as we knowVegans are the main defenders of animals today ‘The word veganism will mean the doctrine that man must live without exploiting animals’.

People who really are vegans not only oppose the meat industry or creation of products based on animals such as (eggs, dairy, honey, meat, etc….) but being vegan is a little more thoroughmedicines, the skins industry that is one of the most demanded industries and finished so far

In vegan food, not everything is good there are also several factors that affect this diet such as price increase since as we know the products made by animals tend to be cheaper, however, if we compare normal milk with a milk ofAlmendos its price will be double because it needs greater production to create this product, another disadvantage would be the lack of calcium and vitamins that help good physical development in our day to day

To conclude we can say that being Vegan has its pros and consWe can make this change from nothing and it is very possible that our body does not accept it, therefore it is very importantAlso to the environment "man is the most cruel animal" .
