I would like to take this opportunity to request for a proper review of documents and subsequent consideration for the United States immigrant visa (Green Card) under the EB-2 exceptional ability category. Currently, I work as a chief security officer in UNISFA headquarters in Abyei, Sudan. My journey through my career has enabled me to encounter different experiences that have helped me to become more knowledgeable in my area of expertise. Throughout my life, I have wished for an opportunity to advance my career experience in the United States of America. I am certain that I can now pursue my career in the United States as I have gathered enough knowledge and experience to enable me to fit perfectly in my area of expertise. The United States excites me due to the numerous opportunities that it offers in the area of security and the exposure to experience that I will obtain working with the professionals in the area.
I am certain that I am the best suited to contribute to the security industry in the United States due to the experience that I have gained in my academic and employment career. Under ‘academics, I am vastly read in the field of security having attained a masters’ degree in security and risk management from the University of Leicester. My undergraduate and master’s degree equipped me with the vast knowledge of security issues that include coordination and management of security teams. Apart from my undergraduate and masters’ degree, I have also pursued other certification causes that have added to my knowledge in the security field.

I have certificates in different areas within security that include DSS security certification program, Field security training program, trauma bag, as well as sexual exploitation and abuse prevention. I have acquired training in peace keeping management. My extensive training in the fields of security and risk management, management and leadership, liaison, military, coordination and stress management places me at a better position to best serve the people of America and nurture upcoming security enthusiasts in the security and risk industry.
The United States and the other parts of the world require more people to be nurtured to become the good security and risk analysts. Given the current world environment that is thronged with security issues, I feel I am best placed to nurture the people of America who are willing to pursue a career in security operations and risk management. Given my extensive knowledge and experience, I am best placed to nurture them and contribute to the achievement of peace of the United States of America. I am well versed with the security requirements of America since I pursued my Infantry Officers Course from the United States Army School. The training gives me a footing in the management and nurturing of colleagues who are pursuing a career in the security industry.
I have vast experience in the security industry. I have spent barely all my life serving in the security sector, and this gives me a lot of experience that will enable me to serve the people of America with dedication when granted a US immigrant visa under the employment category. I have served in the military for 23 years, 8 years as a Regional Security officer and Supervisor Guard Force Unit with UNMIL, about 2 years a Security Coordination Officer with the DSS in New York, 1 year as Field Security coordination Officer in Juba South Sudan and now 8 months as a OIC Chief Security Officer for UNISFA in a contested area of Abyei. The thirty-four years of service in the security industry have enabled me to gain pioneering experience and high-performance virtues in the security field. Granted the opportunity, I will serve the people of America by utilizing empirical knowledge gained in service to help manage the security and risk issues that affect the nation.
