The importance of communication cannot be undermined.in an organization or company. The information helps in the smooth flow of crucial information that is necessary for ensuring that the company meets its set goals or objective. Voicemails have been used as a means of communication for a long time. This involves the recording and storage of spoken messages so that the intended recipient can listen to them later. Voicemails are essential for business because it creates efficiency as there is no need of administrative support such as a receptionist to pass the message, it ensures that the company operates continuously for 24 hours, outside the office hours and can later be used as a reference (Marketing par.1). Below is a brief voicemail that was sent to the supervisor.
“Hello Mr. Johnson, this is Chris Martel from Microdevices, communication department and I am calling to let you know that I successfully wrote an email on the vocation policy changes and distributed to the company staff as you had earlier requested. I managed to send the email to the Staff working in various departments who will be affected by the policy changes either directly or indirectly. I have received feedback from most of the employees confirming that they have received the mail, but I am yet to receive a response from the remaining staff members. The response was positive as those who went through the policy were satisfied with the changes.

The email was sent early in the morning today on Monday, October 28th, 2018. I will forward you the newly constructed email that I sent to the staff. In case of further communication or clarification, you can call me at (234) – 715-228-207. Thanks”
