Out of all the activities in the warehousing, the top two operations are ordered fulfillment and return management activities because they determine the collection of goods and dispatching them, which are the leading roles of supply chain
In wear housing, the flow of goods and services ad and out of the warehouse is crucial. The process is long as there are procedures that are involved in it apart from the picking of goods and services. The movements from the place of picking the items to the places where they are shipped are crucial. When the goods have arrived, some records have to be taken in the two main activities. The products that have entered have to be picked later on by the customers through the procedural supply chain management (David, 2015).

Also, the vendors have to comply with the set programs for them to successfully deliver the docks. When the order moves from the fulfillment and picking, the slots successfully becomes empty. The warehouse management system then generates the request to the manufacturer. The vendor compliance program focuses on the incoming products that come from the thousand other potential vendors
In conclusion, the top two activities in the warehouse flow are the order fulfillment and the return management. This is because they determine the whole process of the supply chain in the warehouse. The goods have to be brought to the store, and they have to be collected eventually.
