Mistakes wellness coaches commit and how they might combat them
Wellness coaches experience limitations due to several mistakes they make which act as a barrier when growing their business. They include; negligence of a target market definition, lack of directing missions, visions and goals for their business plans, no teamwork in their organizational settings, lack of accountable wellness plan for themselves and ignoring partnership to avoid competition fears. Furthermore, they are guilty of dereliction of leveraging content provided to clients, dormant blogging, and websites that do not provide information regarding their businesses, lack of provision of desired products to the market and lacking confidence in the products they offer due to fear of losing clients, therefore, devaluing their services and products.
Following the above weaknesses, the coaches should take them as an opportunity by acknowledging and overcoming them to improve their business development. To achieve this, they should identify the target market, which entails the ideal client to serve, obtain a clear strategic business plan which includes the mission, vision, and goals to guide the organization and set up teams by employing specialists to specific departments and having a board of directors. Also, creating an up to date wellness plan owned by the coach for guidance on the day-to-day activities, embracing partnerships with the competing firms, leveraging their content, for instance, transcription of taped audio to a document and writing articles after that, posting them on the website.

Besides that, updating their web and blogging sites with their contents to capture client attention lastly, develop the usage of the social media platforms to create relationships with the clients, therefore, providing them with their desired products through interacting with them and charging the delivered services according to their worth.
