Question 1: The interpersonal, intercultural and teamwork communication issues emerging in this scenario
A resistance of schedule at either the early or late stage results in a negative interpersonal situation. On the other hand, listening to nonverbal communication enhances their interpersonal communication. Also understanding each other’s culture enhances intercultural communication among the two groups which would help face apparent differences. Additionally, on the teamwork communication, evaluating each team’s capability and skills improves the efficiency of teamwork. Lastly, paraphrasing each other’s comments and requesting feedbacks enhance understanding (Barbara & Lisa, 2010).
Question 2: The listening skills that contributed to the communication problem in this scenario and their specific examples
Firstly, no clarification requests thus a hearing communication problem. Secondly, comprehending failed when Nashville team never inquired about the essence of programming. Thirdly, the interpretation was an issue since the teams were unable to analyze the references provided (Barbara & Lisa, 2010). Fourthly, evaluation failed since there was no group evaluation after the first meeting. Finally, both sides never requested feedbacks on the responses to enhance understanding.

On the other hand, both sides would collaborate to work together. Collaboration emerges to be the most effective method as it reflects the internship experiences from both the locations.

According to Barbara & Lisa (2010), the significant differences seen between the Indians include time management, different nonverbal cues.
