Dear Sir/Madam
Re: Requesting for Copyright and Design Right Certificate for the Save Time Toothbrush Blueprint.
I have designed a toothbrush that will help people to save time while cleaning their teeth. The toothbrush design is named Save Time Toothbrush. This toothbrush will differ with the ordinary toothbrush in that it will be powered by a battery with a port for inserting a medium toothpaste tube. Also, the toothbrush battery will be rechargeable which will be convenient in case of a power outage. The brush will be designed in such a way that a person will take less than eight seconds while conducting the activity. The toothbrush will also be useful for people who have suffered a stroke, and thus their arms range of motions are limited.
In this regard, I request that my design to be granted copyright and design right certificates which will protect my idea from imitation, therefore, helping preserve the originality of the innovation. In so doing, I will have enough time to gather resources for the full commercialization of the project. In my possession is a portfolio of images with the necessary timestamp and other relevant information that indicated the time and place of creation (Bently & Brad 706). Currently, I am sourcing for funds to commercialize the design.
Wait! A letter of Protection for My Innovate Design paper is just an example!
With copyright certificate, I will be able to claim ownership through a presentation of evidence that I am the original designer. Concerning the design right, the scope which I wish to register for the Save Time Toothbrush is international.
Attached to this letter are some parts of the toothbrush design which will serve as proof for the design. My contact address is (student’s email address) and telephone number (student’s mobile number)
Yours Faithfully,
