In recent years there has been a great advance in what artificial intelligence refers to this text will talk about its evolution, applications, social impact and the risk it can have, but to be able to talk about this we must know what it is, artificial intelligence, is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. So far and mostly, the regulation has been constructive, so that governments provided huge resources to companies and universities that developed AI. Even fundamental and well -designed regulatory restrictions can lead to more sustainable and even faster growth.
That said, academics, technologists and the general public have raised several concerns that could point to a need for subregulation or specific restrictions. Smith (2018), president of Microsoft, said recently:
[Intelligent] 3 technology raises issues that appeal to the protection of fundamental human rights, such as the right to privacy or freedom of expression. These issues increase the responsibility of technology companies that create these products. In my opinion, they also demand a reasoned government regulation and the development of norms on acceptable uses. In a democratic republic, nothing can replace decision -making by our elected representatives in the face of issues that require a balance between public safety and the essence of our democratic freedoms.
In this section I classify the perceived risks based on the policy requirements that can generate. I also analyze whether it is false problems, ICT problems or more general technology or specific AI problems and, in each case, I propose a possible remedy.

The capacity of the machines to extract and analyze information can be negative. Since someone malicious with access to this information can harm the scope of finance, for example.
