Medalogix records show that the company has enjoyed long-time success as far as market share, productivity and competitive advantage are concerned (Hamermesh and Preble 1). However, in the current decade, the company has encountered some significant commercialization obstacles which cripple its performance. The first obstacle that the company has faced is competition. Several companies have been opened which have made some consumers who were loyal to the Medalogix to change their focus to other companies. QIRT, MedeAnalytics, Select Data, Health Catalyst, SHP Leading Design are among the organizations which have offered Medalogix with intense competition. As such, Medalogix has lost most of its clients, and thus the profitability that the company was enjoying has been affected detrimentally.
The company has also been faced with technical problems which have significantly reduced its market size. The rate of technological inventions has boosted the rate of growth of organizations (Hamermesh and Preble 5). Due to this, Medalogix has been forced to keep abreast with the improvements or face major backlashes. However, since the rate is extremely high, the company has been unable to keep up with the fast rate of technology. This has dramatically affected its production rate and thus commercialization. In line with this, it has contributed to the stiff competition and the pressure that it suffers from it.

This will help the company grow and start reinstating its competitive ability back.
