Abstract
The journal on the best elementary institution practices demonstrates the methods which assist children in their development. The school teachers tend to use programs and policies which support safe, thriving and healthy status for their students. They have an obligation to the society which comprises of parents and other students to provide the best education to the kids. These programs and policies implemented by teachers help in the improvement of healthy and bright students across the society. These wellness programs assist in the avoidance of obesity among the children hence creating a conducive environment for learning. McGinnis (2010) has achieved a lot in explaining about the best elementary teaching practices. But Garbati and Samuels (2013) show that more has to be done for greater achievements in the education sector. For example, the article only emphasizes on the students but fails to consider the wellness of teachers. The paper presents a summary of the article by McGinnis (2010) and its critiques.
Keywords: Elementary, implement, deliberate, exchange, system

Summary
The article discusses on how teachers from elementary schools try to connect different organizations such as community, schools and healthcare institutions through the creation of a shared purpose. These groups like the government have the perspective of reaching out to families and children throughout the county. If these partners work together, the schools around the state might have the opportunity to share the most significant practices.

Wait! Elementary schools paper is just an example!

They might also have a chance to advance on their programs and policies which support a safe, thriving and healthy development of teachers, families, and students. It can be achieved if the wellness programs are updated, provision of safe ways while going to school, coming up with a good disaster management program and building a mind which is environmentally conscious. The excellent institution initiatives and instruments enhance the wellness of learners from all corners of the country (McGinnis, 2010). Driver education policies and programs assist in the maintenance of the driver’s safety. The toolkits for best activities provide necessary resources for institutions to implement policies and programs which address the safety, well-being, and health of students.
The tools used in conservatories toolkit prepare the government schools and individual institutes with the ideal practices to implement their programs (McGinnis, 2010). These wellness programs usually aim at the reduction of obesity among the youngsters and make the learning environment healthier for every student. It highlights practical and innovative programs for relevant stakeholders and institution policymakers to tailor and adapt to meet the requirements of the community and specific student population. Key staff and superintendents from all over the state provide necessary resources to help in making new programs and policies.
Critique
According to Garbati and Samuels (2013), the success of elementary learning depends on the satisfaction of both academics and classroom teachers through the provision of a link between research, practice, and theory. The article above does not account for the satisfaction of teachers and academics. Instead, its main emphasis is on the whole school and the wellness of students. These factors only satisfy the requirements of students which discriminates teachers. The understanding of social contexts and the wider education system helps professionals from various settings to discuss and exchange practices and ideas important in their working.
The article on elementary teaching does not discuss how teachers can exchange and deliberate on issues which affect the development of children (McGinnis, 2010). The article should, therefore, develop a method which can help teachers from all over the country to come together and exchange ideas which can lead to better practices in elementary education. If the professionals in the schools deliberate on issues affecting them, they can develop a plan which assists the students to have a better adaptation in the society. The article does not discuss how the country can implement practices which other countries apply. It should, therefore, generate a method where they can research on best practices on elementary teaching from other nations.
