I would do that, believing that job specialization would ensure productivity, innovation and expertise. Secondly, I would utilize scalar and functional chain of command to stamp authority and respect in workplace as a way of ensuring respect in various levels of command as well as constant workflow at all levels of an organization. Arguably, I would rely on chain of command to give those in authority full rights of achieving organizational goals. Thirdly, based on the authority of the management, I would utilize it to organize and plan jobs in a way that every manager gets a number of people whom they can supervise with ease to maximize production of the firm. Lastly, I would rely on organization structure to produce organized charts that sums, direct and give true picture of the operationalization of the firm.
