Fracking today is one of the most recurring techniques on our planet for the extraction of non -renewable hydrocarbons, this technique consists of the extraction of hydrocarbons by drilling lauditas stones or also called mothers rocks through the water mixture, chemicalsand sand, which produce harmful effects for the ecosystems in which it is used, this technique is intended to be executed in our country, many of the people are against and others in favor of this but we have to know that Colombia is one of theCountries with more biodiversity in the world This has third place worldwide for fauna and flora, which would believe that fracking is not an alternative for the greater exploitation of our resources. Fracking is not a feasible means for the enrichment of Colombian society through the exploitation of resources, there are better ways for the exploitation of these.

In the first place it can be affirmed that fracking as a technique of exploitation of non -renewable hydrocarbons have a great negative impact within the ecosystem in which it is used. This thanks to the fact that the procedure as its components alter the natural ecosystem in a way in which it leaves it completely unusable and that leads to a false development. For example Borbón (2015) gives us that a clear example of this has been the United States, this has been one of the promoting countries of said technique globally, began their hydrocarbon trade such as gas, oil, among others in midFrom the nineteenth century, which increased its economic level but at the ecological level it was decreasing, in states such as Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma in which the fracking technique is implemented, high water deficits are presented such as droughts such as droughts such as droughts.

All this indicates that the technique of extraction of non -renewable hydrocarbons cataloged as fracking not only affects the ecosystem in which it is used but seriously harms both close and distant living beings, it is not a development for Colombian society but is theimpoverishment of our quality of life. A solution for this is the use of other types of methods, use other types of energy such as wind, raise awareness among society so that it does not allow these techniques.
