Abstract
The decision-making process on whether to do an activity right or to do it well is very challenging, and it has resulted in several dilemmas for the doers to make. Most of the resultant factors that lead to these dilemmas when it comes to decision making are the scarcity of the resources that are used by the doer of the activity. The time limit also hinders the appropriate decision that is made. In an organization, however, the dilemma arises due to the difference in the opinion of the doer of the action to that of the organization or the management in the organization. In circumstances where individual works with a group, however, it becomes very difficult especially when they don’t have a good relationship among themselves. Similarly, the perception that the doers of the action have interferes with their decision making since they might not get the same response they expected when doing the work. This, therefore, causes a dilemma and they are unable to know what the crowd wants.

There has been a great challenge to most of the individuals when it comes to doing something well and also doing it right. The dilemma arises due to several factors such as the scarcity of doing that particular activity (Bromell, 2012). The doer of the act might do it in the right way, but since the resources of doing it are limited, then the work will not turn out well as expected.

The other factor that results in the dilemma is the commitment of the people doing the act. For instance, someone might be having several activities to tackle thereby resulting in the dilemma on which one to do first. To avoid the dilemma, the people must plan properly.

In some cases however the misconception of the doer of action can result in the dilemma of doing the duty right or well (Rosen, 2018). For instance, an individual might conduct an activity to be recognized by others in the organization or among the group but once s/he realizes that the other people are not very much concerned, s/he might be worried whether the work is being done well or in the right way. The other factor that causes the dilemma is the relationship between the doer and the crowd. For example, when there is a weak bond between them.

For instance, the manager might enforce his ideas in the organization to be used in the production while an employee, the doer, might have a different idea of doing the work well.
