Empowering people in the community require a conscious mode of expenditure while initiating the program to identify the issues affecting the society alongside the implementation of the possible subsequent solution. According to media reports, much of the resources end up being used in planning and assessing of the people livelihood in the community. However, the execution of the solutions is limited due to the misappropriation of these limited resources. As a way of managing resources cautiously, I adopted the campaign approaches of engaging the community members in group discussions alongside making visits to the various social amenity infrastructure. The practice minimized the resource expenditure as applied in the identification of the challenges affecting the people of the community.
The campaign adopted approaches were effective for the reason that I managed to meet the objective of the reading of minimizing the budget plus the expenses. Having identified the common issue as the hardship to access quality health care, I propose to develop a program that once adopted will guarantee access to quality services of healthcare at affordable cost. The plan will get enacted within the context of considering the household income. Visiting of the social amenities guaranteed interaction with people of the low class who are many and thus hitting the objective of reaching more people.
Quality of healthcare is a subject of discussion because achieving this expectation of the society is quite difficult for the fact that there are complex procedures put across that must be executed.

Basing on the fact that resources injected in the sector are underused, overused or misused making the issue more complicated, this week’s action will be about developing the health quality program. The program should be resource use sensitive as the core requirement considered.
