Seattle is one of the best vacation destinations in the World, and there is, therefore, no better place to visit as a family. I understand the need for each of you to wish that we vacation in your preferred destination as the attachment one has for a place goes a long way in influencing the type of memories they have about the place. All the suggested places are good destinations, but I believe Seattle is the most appropriate for a variety of reasons. Cost is one of the factors that make the city more attractive. It is located on the U.S. west coast in the state of Washington which means our travel cost to the destination would not be exorbitant. Air travel time should be less than five hours. The cost of staying in the city is also way below that of your suggested destinations. Good hotels can be booked for as low as $70 per night which means we can stay longer. Also, the costs to the various travel destinations can be reduced significantly using the Go Seattle Card and the Seattle city pass which offer unlimited entry to a number of attractions in the city. We would spend way much if we went to Santorini, Greece which most of you preferred. Hotels in the Island average $200 per night in summer. Traveling to Europe would also be quite costly. There are also a number of popular attractions in the city such as the Seattle Center, Space Needle, and the Pike Place Market. The city also has the perfect outdoor experience required for family bonding.

From the lush evergreen forests to the rugged ocean beaches, you can’t help but feel at peace with everything. I believe you will love the place.
