Every employee loves to be paid well and to be provided with job benefits as well as other compensations. They all like this security since they can meet all their bills and also live a lavish life. However, the problems come in when the job they are doing do not impress them. In this case, they suffer from the stress of trying to retain their job position while suffering from high responsibilities and being paid the high salary and other benefits. Yogo your job experience and salary indicate that it is difficult to work on a job where one is not happy.
I concur with your decision to leave a great job because of being unhappy doing it. Even though the office that you held in Afghanistan was well-paid, it had several backlashes. I understand that working in a job that is full of stress and other hardship like yours it is challenging to maintain a normal life and have time for family. Even though you were happy, it is inarguable that you were unable to enjoy the money and the benefits because the job itself was tough. If I were in your shoes, I would have quit and get another job where I can be happy even if the pay is low. Just like you concluded, I level with you that happiness does not have to come from the amount of salary that an employee receives but instead, employees should be paid according to their worth to the company they are working for (Sabatini, 2018).

In line with this, I support your opinion that while working, employees should find ways to be happy at work as long as they are provided with the salary and other benefits.
Perry, your perspective on employment and pay, is educative. I endorse your opinion that employees need to work in places where they are happy. If I was employed in the same company that you worked at first, I could have been similarly stressed out and quit. Just like you, I believe that you should ensure you are happy while working. I understand that not only you but other employees, need a good salary to pay bills and maintain a good life. However, just you pointed out when you get paid for a stressful job, you end up suffering psychology. In turn, it is without a doubt that this is the reason that you were demoralized as this affected your professional life. On that note, I support your conclusion that as employees we should not choose a high salary over our happiness. Just like you eventually decided, I agree that employees should always work in companies where they are happy working as this will help motivate them and in turn will contribute significantly to the career (Statistics, 2017).
